Scheduling an appointment has been an essential tool to connect a patient with a Pedorthist. Kintec had its online booking system running since 2018 and requires a much-needed update. The approach was to streamline, reduce pain points, and simplify the process of booking - the solution was to replace the 8-step process of making an appointment and trim it down to a 2-step process resulting in reduced booking abandonment and enhance efficiency.
